Registration

Attendance for is free, but for planning purposes advance registration is required. Due to space constraints, in-person attendance at this conference will be limited to 100 people. The deadline to register is 20 May 2022. All registered attendees must confirm in-person attendance by no later than 12 May 2022.

Members of the QISS consortium will be given priority for in-person attendance, and space for our other colleagues will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. We invite our colleagues beyond the QISS consortium to register at their earliest convenience. Conference organizers will confirm whether there is space to accommodate in-person registrations for non-QISS participants as additional space becomes available.

A limited amount of travel stipends will be available for graduate students and early career researchers. Please be prepared to provide an estimate of your travel and accommodation expenses during your registration if you plan to apply for these funds.

Participants who cannot travel to London will be able to participate in QISS 2022 virtually. The mini-courses, presentations, and discussions will be presented in a hybrid format via zoom, and will be live-streamed. Virtual attendees will have an opportunity to participate in discussions on both platforms.
