The local airport code is YXU (London, Ontario, Canada). It can sometimes be less expensive to fly into either Toronto or Detroit, then take ground transit to London. An airport shuttle van (Robert Q) runs from either airport, and a train (Via Rail) goes from Toronto to London.
The London Transit Commission has several bus routes that drop off somewhere on or near the university. The Alumni Hall and Natural Science stops are both located centrally on campus. Visit the London Transit Commission website for bus routes and estimated bus arrival times.
QISS 2022 will take place in a number of centrally-located lecture halls and buildings. Information on visitor parking and fees, as well as campus maps and accessibility routes are linked below. Please note that Western is a smoke-free environment.
From June 6 – 9, conference talks & discussions will take place in the Great Hall, Room 3326 Somerville House, a special event venue centrally located on the Western Campus.
In-person attendees will be provided with free morning & afternoon coffee breaks and daily lunches. Dinners will be provided at the opening reception (Monday, Jun 6) & conference banquet (Wednesday, Jun 8).
